Jessica is a Pitt County native and honor graduate of D. H. Conley High school in Greenville, NC. She attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was property of the U. S. Army until 2003. Fortunate to be stationed all over the country, her family made Alaska their home upon leaving active duty in 2003. She started her civilian career in project management, as a maintenance planner for the trans-Alaska pipeline at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. In 2010, she decided to pursue her true passion and started her career in real estate. From this point forward, she has worked in the real estate arena, as both a licensed realtor and multi million dollar producer, as well as a property manager for both her clients and her own portfolio. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Tulane University. She returned to North Carolina a few years ago and is excited about being closer to extended family and back in her beautiful and diverse home state. Her first hand knowledge about all aspects of the real estate transaction, coupled with her intimate understanding about the intricacies behind investment properties, has carried over to her career as a loan officer. Paul is a Greenville native with a Business Finance degree and Masters of Business Administration from East Carolina University. He has 24 years experience in the financial services industry, to include eight years as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager at another local area bank. He is responsible for financing a great deal of the dreams and business that have grown in Pitt County over the last two decades. No stranger to the intricacies of loan structuring and assessing risks, he decided to shift his commercial lending knowledge over to the world of residential mortgage lending after the birth of his twin daughters. Paul enjoys serving his community in many capacities. He is a member of Jarvis Memorial United Methodist Church and serves on the Board of Directors at the Ronald McDonald House. His focus is in establishing long term and loyal business relationships and is excited to be working with families and investors to help them achieve their dreams of home ownership and the building of their wealth portfolio.
